This includes the recommendations made by GMMMG in June 2025 and NICE Technology appraisals published in February 2025. Updates to formulary
- FreeStyle Libre 2 and 3 removed from formulary, and replaced with Freestyle Libre 2 Plus and 3 Plus
- Vitamin E (alpha tocopheryl acetate) 500mg/5mL – green (specialist initiation), for the replacement of fat-soluble vitamins in cystic fibrosis and liver disease
- Exagamglogene autotemcel for treating severe sickle cell disease – red
