Updates to formulary and RAG list
- Prazosin – removed from grey list and assigned GREEN for licensed indications. Annotated not to be used for management of PTSD
- Short-acting insulin analogues (Apidra, Admelog, NovoRapid) – GREEN
- Electrolytes and minerals (potassium, calcium carbonate, magnesium salts, phosphate)
- GREEN in simple deficiency
- GREEN (following specialist advice) in patients with electrolyte imbalances due to chronic conditions and for complex patients
