Following the August meetings of GMMMG and CEGC, the following actions have been published to the GMMMG website. This includes the recommendations made by GMMMG in September 2024 and NICE Technology appraisals published in May 2024. Updates to formulary and RAG list
- Levomepromazine 6.25mg tablets – green, alternative
- Atogepant for preventing migraine – green (specialist advice. NB: an updated headache pathway (including atogepant) is in process and expected to be published this autumn
- New formulary section to align with the updated asthma guidelines for adults (see below), including addition of DuoResp Spiromax and WockAir.
- Anthelios Sunscreen Lotion SPF50+ and Uvistat Suncream SPF 50 added, replacing older products which are no longer available
