On behalf of the GMMMG Clinical Reference Group, we now seek comments on the actions proposed at the December 2024 CRG meeting. Actions in this consultation include:
- Prazosin – remove grey status and add to formulary in chapter 2
- Short-acting insulins (Apidra, Admelog, Novorapid) – green
- Potassium, calcium, magnesium, phosphate – green in simple deficiency, green (with specialist advice) in chronic conditions and complex patients
- Ergocalciferol injection – red
- Calcitriol capsules – green (specialist initiation)
- Vitamin E oral suspension – green (specialist initiation)
- Avapritinib for treating advanced systemic mastocytosis – red
- Elafibranor for previously treated primary biliary cholangitis
- Crovalimab for treating paroxysmal nocturnal haemoglobinuria in people 12 years and over
- Eplontersen for treating hereditary transthyretin-related amyloidosis
