CRG actions
On behalf of the GMMMG Clinical Reference Group, we now seek comments on the actions proposed at the May 2025 CRG meeting. Actions in this consultation include:
- Pregabalin modified-release tablets – do not prescribe
- 12 SQ-HDM SLIT (Acarizax) for house dust mite allergy – red. Not recommended for management of house dust mite allergic asthma
- Efanesoctocog alfa – red
- Cladribine for active relapsing multiple sclerosis – red
- Ruxolitinnib for GvHD – red
- Molnupiravir for COVID-19 – red
- Relugolix–estradiol–norethisterone for endometriosis – green (specialist initiation)
- Leniolisib – red

Promazine position statement
A draft position statement on the use of oral promazine in Greater Manchester has been jointly developed by Pennine Care and Greater Manchester Mental Health trusts, and reviewed by CRG. The statement is intended to ensure prescribing of oral promazine in Greater Manchester is clinically appropriate and effective.
Grey / Do Not Prescribe list
Following review at the April meeting of CRG, we now seek comments on a draft update to the criteria for the Greater Manchester Do Not Prescribe / Grey list. The key change in the update is addition of a fourth criterion.
